Attendance should start to pick up in conference play. We’ll have our Thursday night and Saturday night game schedule. Both are good nights to watch some basketball.

Last night was first chance I had to attend a game. They were impressive. Lots of sharing the ball good defense. A fun team to watch.
When a team is unselfish and has good talent, good things happen. I think this team is both.
And I totally disagree about whether to play UNO. There's too much tradition there...all the way up to 2010. Even our younger fans remember some of those games.
I don't care much about playing SLU, Nicholls or even McNeese.
But UNO and Tech should be on the schedule every year.
Marlin said it last night during the postgame interview. He likes keeping the old in-state rivalries alive and he likes the short in-state bus rides. I don’t blame him.
UNO is a particularly nice away game for us too. It makes for a fun trip for fans and our NOLA alumni can attend.
The problem with our home schedule isn’t UNO and La Tech. Its Loyola, Louisiana College, etc.
Honestly playing home and home instate is a no brainer. Between UNO, McN, Nichols, Tech, SLU and NSU that is 3 home games a year. Wish we could get Tulane into our rotation.
I have chromecast also, but cannot cast the UL digital webstream either. Apparently the broadcast from the Cajundome is not coded with the chromecast icon window extension. I just use a tablet screen.
Soon we will be in conference play and I believe most of those games will be on ESPN3 which thankfully comes with the chromecast extension.
