This is a pretty good basketball team. They deserve some support. I’m hoping attendance starts to build after the new year.

Attendance does usually pick up in January when conference play starts. Key will be how we do on the Arkansas road trip which starts conference play around New Year's Eve. We may need to win both games to impact attendance positively.

Now it’s not fun to beat them , it’s a can't afford to lose to them situation.

Playing UNO last year was good for our RPI as they were SLC champs. This year they are rebuilding and have some good young players. They likely will improve as the season goes along as Thibodeaux and Zeno are two experienced guys they can build around. They will challenge again soon in their league.

Green flight has crippled UNO, money moved to the north shore. UNO’s brief drop down to D-2 or whatever they were further hurt their programs. They’re trying but dying.

UNO is not a good team but they are not a garbage team. Their guards are young and will improve. Their schedule has been a killer as they have been on the road virtually all season. That is likely due to the need to pay bills.

No that's a different one. The wedding scam was Ryan. Claims he was obliged to have an enormous, luxury wedding because of his job. Then wanted the university to pay for it. Raided the endowment. Eventually costed him his job. The guy who took his place got them out the LSUS into the ULS.

At that time he declared themselves the flagship, and the same year LTURD tried to annex LSU Shreveport and the medical school declaring themselves the Flagship of N Louisiana.

Yes we get StrawDOG claiming we're trying to be a fake flagship while they and UNO actually call themselves that.

By the way, not trashing Plaisance as he's got great offensive skills, but still can't stay on the floor due to propensity to foul.
