What about Randal Bulliard. Saw him in the spring games and he looked real good.

Spring games in November I meant. (<:

We wouldn't be the first team to bring in temporary lighting. Temps have actually been common in the past for baseball regionals so I seriously doubt that is a concern.
Bottom Line: The Cajuns get it done on the field and they will host. I've seen enough make shift things through the years to believe we should not have a problem.
Even TAMU had to construct some make-shift tables and so forth for the added press at their regional last year, as their normal press box wasn't big enough. I think UL had to do something similar in 2000 when they hosted.
You're right though, if they do it on the field, and deserve it, then it will be hard for the NCAA to snub them 2 years in a row.
Haven't been by lately...Hope all is well and Lets see you guys in Omaha.
I would ordinarily agree with that sentiment. However, at the Diamond Club meeting this past Thursday, Robe pretty much said that the Tigue would not be host eligible this year and that they didn't plan to put any money in this year's version of the Tigue.... More to come...

Ideally, outside sources could come up with temporary lighting as that seems to be the major issue. When someone mentioned that A&M put tables in the stands, Robe said, "...but you have to displace season ticket holders." So he didn't like that either...
That was the impression I got. Anyone got anything different?
As one of those ticket holders likely to be displaced it would not bother me. Gotta look at the big picture. Now with that said if the big picture means spending more time and energy on the longterm improvements that seem to be on the near horizon I can understand.
It also wouldn't surprise me to see an attitude change towards the end of the season should it look likely that the Cajuns are in position to possible host.
