Just say no to the good ole boys "he's one of us" network. We need an impartial outside vision to come in and guide this program into the future. Not someone who's going to do it "this way because that's how it's always been done here."

Wow. 2 coaches. I have never heard of someone searching to hire their own boss. That's a different concept.

Two coaches? How about players? I have not heard of that before and to be honest, i can't say that I'm really in favor of having players involved in an AD search.

Alden came in here to do an audit of the department, and then recommends or we figure out we need a new AD. Now some of you want Alden to be the AD. LOL!!! Well, good thing Alden told us we needed a new AD, worked out pretty good for him.
