The major sports need a lift, not a "promising" season that guarantees the coach three more years. We've never had the people who could see the writing on the wall until 3 years after the fans did.

I hope you're right. I do know this, though:

Tony Robichaux (who's on the selection committee) said that one of the big things the committee is looking for is thinking big. He said when he have people that think small, you can't accomplish great things. But big thinkers set you up to accomplish big things.

I think we're going to be happy.
