A couple of people don't realize that it's not about merit. It's about $ and geography. The Belt needs teams like UL in a New Orleans bowl to offset the costs for teams like say, Georgia State last year, to play in a bowl.

I won't attack you, but I don't completely agree. I don't think he has given up the reigns. Just loosened the noise a little.

Win the bowl game and things change a little. But this season will always be a disappointment to me. Blew the Tulane and NMSU games. Should have never let Idaho beat us either. This was a team that should have won 8 regular season games easily.

With that being said. We whip USM's ___ I'll be pumped.
