Hard to believe they build the first new building in over 30 years and then quit, but I guess it could could happen.

ULM would lose out on a lot of revenue if they dropped down which is why schools rarely ever drop down. Maybe the lower travel costs in the Southland will be enough to offset that?

Either way, ULM has no business playing FBS football. The gap between them and the rest of us is already huge, and it's only growing bigger. That tiny $4 million dollar facility is proof that they can't even keep up with the rest of the Sun Belt schools.
