It seems to have worked out okay for him....he got a nice raise....and..opened the season with a win.

It's par for the course. He might have gotten a raise...and started out with a win. But he moved from Lake Charles teaching a bunch of farm hands how to not shove their hands inside of animals...to moving to Monroe trying to make chicken salad out of chicken ____. He has his hands full...like his former players...am I right?
I think the move to Monroe will suit him well...he'll bring the same sort of stability and focus there that he had at McNeese.
He's been pretty consistent at every level. I'm anxious to see what he can do with 22 more scholarships.
