I like Jay Wright. He does make some bad decisions. He sometimes plays out of control and too fast paced. But he plays solid defense and is the best PG we have. I think we were just spoiled having a point guard like EP.

So you dont want scoring and assists from your 1 guard? Basketball has changed a bit since the Dean Smith days when your 1-5 had assigned duties or responsibilities. The idea that the 1 should only be a facilitator isnt rooted in reality.

I don't mind a PG throwing some buckets in, but the PG's number one priority is being a facilitator. The game hasn't changed that much, especially in college.

I have to say I do not like the new rule interpretations of contact on the perimeter which I think leads to either softer defense or more fouls. But they seem to be calling this one relatively well.
