Don't sleep on Cleveland. They seem to be snakebit at QB. If they could part with 2 first rounders to guarantee at least a few years of good QB play...they could be dangerous.

I think you misunderstood me, trade Brees to mentor Manzel. Get the Browns 1st round and a 3rd. Then package two of the 1st round picks to trade up to get Amari Cooper and a more picks. Draft a QB and use this draft to build for the future.

Let's face it, we are not SB contenders at the moment. So start the rebuild to get there.
