I Never like the idea of going after a coordinator that doesn't have full control of the offense or defense. Kirby Smart at Bama does not have that kinda control. Saben is very involved in that defense. Same goes for guys like Rhett Lashlee at Auburn. OC but doesn't have control of offense.
Good examples of OC/DC that do have control...mike Norvell OC from Arizona State, Lincoln Riley OC from ECU and Jeremy Pruitt DC from Georgia.

Ron Roberts from Southeastern would be a great option. I don't see us having. A problem finding a very qualified coach to take over.

I have a few other guys I really like but I'll wait to throw names out if/when a change happens.
