Because it's their responsibility to correct that group. Any other successful entity would ensure their brand is protected and promoted correctly. Instead we repeatedly get instances of our name being spelled incorrectly (Rajin Cajuns), confused with a college in Pennsylvania and now this. It's time to stop excusing this incompetence.

Short of actually going to every printer in the world and proofreading every project that MIGHT have our name on it, how exactly do you propose that this is done? Make this group destroy every flyer and print it again at its own expense? Yeah, that's going to work.

It's not a matter of excusing anything. Blame the administration for agreeing to the UL-L debacle all you want. Blame this group for putting USL in small type on its own promotional material. This kind of thing happens all the time. To other schools, too! We're not the only ones.
