Someone that works at Lemoine told me that there would some form of club seating between the concessions and the end zone seating. (Take if it for what its worth because it was said over a few beers).
Looking at the conceptual drawings, it looks like there could be areas of plaza-like seating right after the
last row.

No, Just a new entrance to go with the new look of the Plaza they plan on putting in place of the old Cox building. They just added a few more feet to the tunnel with a new look.
