I believe we should be courteous hosts. And that starts with overlooking some of their fringe fan ignorance. I like it that some of you are being civil on their forum, regardless of their silliness. I'm shocked they don't know how regional tickets work. They've been on the regional baseball scene a very long time.

There are always a few. Everyone needs to remember without Mississippi we would end up on the bottom of a lot of list we don't want to be on as a state. Give them a break.

Agreed. It is cliche, but we always need to act like WE'VE been there before.

Every fan base has some of these people. Hell, I'm friends with some lsua&m fans that are nothing like some of the slime you see on their message board. Reading some of that hateful garbage nearly makes you lose faith in humanity.

We'll do what we always do-show the opposing teams a good time in Cajun country, mix in some good natured ribbing during the game, then keep the good times going after the game. Preferably after a Louisiana victory.

I felt like registering on that board so I could tell that idiot he could not afford my tickets, which he can't because they are not for sale, but why bother. Stay civil. Kill the few that show up with kindness. The few that get in are likely related to players and cool.

SDSU is a very solid 3 seed. MSU has their hands full.

There was one post about cutting down the pine trees in right field. Yeah you just try cutting down the trees planted by the guy the park is named after and see how well that goes.

Robe did say at a DC meeting that some of the limbs from the pines would have to go in order to facilitate the lighting requirements for the OF, in addition to two light trucks...
