I thought the lockers room additions were specified as part of phase II. If it's phase I, please remove that comment. It doesn't change the issue with the weight room.

They will put seating there. They will do that after they reach the top of the stadium with the seating they are installing now. All of the other seating is modular and the forms are consistent. This area is not modular and each row will have to have forms cut to fit. They do not want to do this until they are finished with the forms they are using now. It would slow them up too much.

Because the "this" you are seeing is not the end result of why they pulled up the parking. I would suspect that there will be much more happening here. The Blue paint mark on the ground marks a water line that they need to know the location of because they will be digging there to install some more utilities or drainage.

The Basketball wing of the IPF will become the new weight room.

This is perfect because it couldn't hold a regulation basketball court but will make for a huge climate controlled weight room.

I'm just very excited to see the new sections of end zone seats be to this point. It definitely appears that those seats will be ready to host people for the start of the season. Does anyone know what our capacity is supposed to be when those seats are completed? We are going to have record attendance this season. Like huge record attendance.

Yep. I don't know the number, but if we can avoid bad weather this season, we're going to average close to 40,000 this year. My official prediction.

One more time: This is from head engineer on site.......(1) All, I say all the seating and concession and restroom in the south end zone will be complete by August 30, 2014. (2) The SAC is part of Phase I and will be started after the end zone and concession and restrooms are completed as well as the weight room in the indoor Basket ball area. (3) When the SAC and weight area is completed and ready to move in the Cox building will be torn down. This is all phase I.......now this could all be change for what ever reason. But this is what I was told sitting in the contractor trailer about two week ago.......I am no engineer and all I done was listen to what he said.......

Actually, I thought that was part of a phase III plan. I thought they would do that once they built another basketball practice facility in the eastern part of the Cajun Field parking lot.
