Thats the point Ive been trying to make here__ Who cares what the name of the school was when you were there???? We are Now the University of Louisiana!!! All I knew was USL growing up and when I grad 20 yrs ago but that goes out the window if the University wants to change-- I just dont understand the ATTACHMENT TO A NAME WHEN YOU WERE IN SCHOOL concept!

Don't shop there---I like Walgreens in Abbeville as they sell UL stuff---Sold 800 t shirts after the bowl game with NO Bowl and UL!!! ----I was told that there are 11K UL graduates in Vermilion Parish --We need to get more recognition ---What does LSU do for this Parish--Nothing other than some aggie stuff!!!

As for St Landry parish-- there are about 3 times as many UL grads there but you would never know it> they all think they went to LSU after they graduate!!!
