Raymone is the lone holdover from Coach Lee. The rest are Marlin's guys.

So these players have no one to learn the system from. All from scratch. Marlin is is no Bustle.

He has only had two recruiting classes some of these kids are still Lees. Marlin is a better basketball coach than Rickey was or is a football coach. His problem now is these kids today think they know better than the coach. Premadonnas in my opinion

Kids today also play at schools like Denver where it is probably harder to recruit. Yet, these kids buy into his system and are putting a clinic on UL. I'm so tired of our teams that want to play transition basketball but can't hit a simple jump shot, make a layup or shoot free throws.

You are totally correct. I didn't mean I was giving up on Coach Marlin or our team or anything. I was just saying in our struggle to improve throughout this year and into the SBC tourney...this is a step back.

This is a huge point! Marlin found success at Sam Houston State once his older guys started to mature the younger players. That hasn't happened yet with the Cajuns outside of a select few willing to mentor and listen.
