What time do the faxes start to arrive? And will someone be able to post here when each LOI comes in?

As I understand it, faxes can start coming in at 8:00 am. But they said a couple are coming from the eastern time zone, which means 7:00 central. Don't know who can get us updates. I've got 1420 on and if they announce anything, I'll post it.
