1st & 3rd one out, and Cajuns ground into their 3rd double play of the game.
Three straight singles by WKU scores a run. They lead 2-1 going to the 9th.
It's now or never for the Cajuns.
Cajuns lose again. Two games, two runs. The Cajuns' hot hitting has come to a screeching halt.
(*%^&%*(^#$!!!!!!!
Cajuns go down 1-2 in another great pitching performance from both teams.
Really need to take the game tomorrow.
That's a tough pill to swallow. The game was ours for the taking. Just couldn't pull the trigger. Credit to WKU. Regroup, try not to get swept.
Cajuns lose 2 - 1. Satriano gives up 3 consecutive singles in the eighth to allow the winning run. Tough loss but now we really need the win tomorrow. Get tough cajuns!
Yep especially when he had 1st and 2nd twice in the game with 1 out, and we left the bases loaded.
I'm getting the feeling our offensive strategy is kinda sitting back and waiting for guys to get on base and then we try to make something happen by starting the runner with a full count. I definitely don't want us to run ourselves out of innings, but I don't know if we try to manufacture runs and put enough pressure on the defense. What ever happen to push bunting or dragging for a hit to get something started. Or an occasional hit and run, and I don't mean starting a runner with a full count. We are letting opportunity after opportunity go by, and we are running out of time. We are wasting way to many outstanding pitching performances. Alright I'm off my soap box.

The scoring chances were slim Saturday afternoon at Nick Denes Field in Bowling Green, Ky., but Western Kentucky made the most of the two they had and walked off the field with a 2-1 victory over Louisiana. Louisiana seeks to avoid being swept in Sun Belt play for the first time since April 2009 on Sunday in the series finale.
