Yep especially when he had 1st and 2nd twice in the game with 1 out, and we left the bases loaded.
I'm getting the feeling our offensive strategy is kinda sitting back and waiting for guys to get on base and then we try to make something happen by starting the runner with a full count. I definitely don't want us to run ourselves out of innings, but I don't know if we try to manufacture runs and put enough pressure on the defense. What ever happen to push bunting or dragging for a hit to get something started. Or an occasional hit and run, and I don't mean starting a runner with a full count. We are letting opportunity after opportunity go by, and we are running out of time. We are wasting way to many outstanding pitching performances. Alright I'm off my soap box.
