No. If the coaches wanted to score, they would have had them run the 2 minute offense. Instead, they got to the line, paused, looked to the sideline, got the play, called the play, made second reads, and then ran the play. I can understand the sideline look in some cases, but they called the same effing play every effing time...except for the last pass play when it seemed like they finally realized that the clock had almost run out, and only got one weak attempt at getting the ball downfield. And, they did this while leaving ALL THREE timeouts on the board. The clock could have been stopped any number of times. Whether or not to make an attempt at scoring was a choice, and somebody chose not to.
Before that final drive, I felt like I was leaving the bar disappointed, but positive. After seeing that display, I was rather ____ed.
