If I’m reading correctly, the difference is Tech’s cost is greater but wants to pay the old rate. Which Tech voted for after the 3 broke away. Ironic.

Of course wherever suits have been filed, the courts has ruled in the filer’s favor. Tech will ultimately leave and 2 things will happen. One, rightfully or wrongly, it’s on Judy. Two, Tech will proudly boast how CUSA wasn’t the same after they left.

LA Tech always has and always be nothing but Drama. They are already refusing to call us by our athletic brand name "Louisiana" and have us a UL Lafayette Ragin' Cajuns which we never use Athletically.
