It is. Our defense seems to be really good this year. Those guys seem to be way more in sync than last season.

Took us until like the last weekend in March to get to 12 wins last year. Definitely a huge change in 2026.

Fielding is superb. Team works as a single unit and better than anything else, they're very young and amped up.

Have to give a tip of the cap to new pitching coach sandy. Let’s face it Gunner pitching staff stunk couldn’t throw strikes and the change has been great. The fielding is like night and day we have guys who can actually catch a ground ball.

I don’t know enough to evaluate and compare last year to this one. Did we have less talent last year and/or was it coaching? Comparing to this year… do we have more talent and/or better coaching? Some of you are way better at analyzing that.
