The Supreme Court in no way limited an individual from entering an agreement of his own free will.

Having the NIL tied to playing for a particular team seems as if that is limiting

. . . and I strongly suspect that the United States Supreme Court will also come to that very legal conclusion . . .

NIL will lead to an FBS CBA and all this foolishness will end.

Id wage it would not be deemed limiting if ncaa imposed a luxury tax, as that trchnically doesnt involve the player...
They could use that luxury tax fund proceeds to plus up g5 teams NIL funds

all pro leagues have a CBA and along with that, each athlete negotiates and benefits from their own respective negations with outside parties for benefits related to their respective names, identifications and likeness.

college NIL is no different and a CBA will do absolutely nothing to “address this foolishness” in a manner which will allow anyone to restrict, limit or infringe upon college NIL rights established by the Supreme Court of the United States . . .

I’m looking forward to more Shadeur Sanders situations but without the golden daddy money to save him.

Some of these guys are getting NIL money way greater than any NFL deal. Reality hits when they’re a little fish in the ultimate little pond. What I expect there’s another Dexter Manley situation coming one day which will once again shift dynamics. They’ll be financially broke, no fancy vehicles, and have to blame someone.

The pampered lifestyle, going back to middle school in some cases, ends with a thud.

After the dust settled a little and reading a few articles on the PSU situation, it was predictable something like this was going to happen at a P2.

All the money, talent, coaching and support cannot overcome the point where the maturity and ego-fed stars are brought together couldn’t check egos and pull together as one unit to go thru a mental challenge and the bubble bursts. When you got NIL whales out there on top of this wanting their “employees” to be the star, that’s a whole other dynamic. PSU should hire Homie the clown as HC because it doesn’t matter until the other dynamics are settled.

Pretty confident that was Florida’s problem even before open money deals existed.
