1) Des gives Lunch free reign in running the zone read option plays and quits micromanaging the offense.

2) Lunch stays healthy.

AGREED! Des said they went for it because they wanted to win the game. The blocked field goal in the first quarter really hurt us.

Many of us on the RPCA make calls for adjustments and plays in realtime during the game. Example: Many of us call for middle field passes that were wide open all game but CMD throws negligible 2 yard outs or take a FG to create a momentum swing! CMD still has most of our support for this year, but he better not have a losing season because it will be a tough off season and tough year for him next year on Ragin' Pagin. I am still on board by a thread with CMD. Get us to 6 wins and a bowl and I am still on board, but I want to see a bowl win under his belt as well.

Agreed, I really wish’s for him to succeed but the reality is he has not been successful with his decisions.

Next year will already be tough. We lose a ton of seniors this year who are impact players. He hasn't shown a true ability to recruit and he doesn't like to really tap into the portal.
