    The kid is really good behind the plate. I haven't seen enough of her hitting to know if she can hit at that level. One of ridinsuicide kids. Looking forward to watching her senior year at NV.

    Best high school catcher I’ve seen in the past 3 years. I coach high school softball, we were a pretty good team last year and she picked us off 3 times in one game.

    That's why I said she is very good behind the plate. Are you guys in the same district? You should have learned not to run after the first time, lol.

It's sickening to say the least. I wish all those kids the very best in their softball career but also grateful Cajun Nation doesn't have to tolerate this kind of behavior from a parent.
    We talkin bout softball, y'all, softball. What?

    I learned, my players didn’t!! 😂

    She was good, we weren’t but a few steps off the bag, but no one else we had seen in 3-4 years throws like that. It’s like it was there before you could react.

    ++ arm and quick/good IQ

    Her bat is very good at the high school level. Never watched her play in high level travel, but my guess is that she will hit well with some power too.

    Not the same district

    I project Harrington to be just fine offensively and more than capable of being successful at the next level.

    Defensively she can absolutely catch at the highest level collegiately today, without a doubt. As good as she is in HS, I can vouch that once she was turned loose behind the dish with high level athletes around the infield (not having to hold back as she does in HS) it quickly became evident just how good she really is. She has picked kids off this summer and the runner didn't even have time to dive back to the bag. Just stood there and was tagged out.

    Good stuff. Hopefully the Cajuns keep using you guys as a pipeline.

    Cajuns had a pipeline to the Hotshots organization when Glasco was here and they got some pretty good players that contributed. Not sure if United has the caliber of players in their organization that the Hotshots does/did, but people were complaining about Louisiana talent not staying in-state to play and this seems to be a good start.

    I am not sure how much the loss of Irvin will be for the Cajuns. The Cajuns are already thin at catcher so I hope that a portal pickup is made for a serviceable catcher. Power sticks are needed for the line-up. Harrington has a year to get her swing in shape in order to be an impact player for the Cajuns.

    Her dad was a pretty darn good decathlete for the Cajuns.
