The best player this past year at STM and you seem to always bring up her STM stats. Not knocking the kid. She's good but there are many that I believe are better who wanted to come to UL and weren't given the opportunity. Therefore, I believe and trust that there is a reason she was passed over by Glasco and now the new coaching staff.

I don't know much about the 2025 class but what little I do know, 4 of the 6 are playing high level travel ball this summer and doing well in those top tournaments. I don't know why you aren't very high on this class but I think they will be okay from what little I've seen with my own eyes and heard from talking to people.

I just suggest that all of us get behind this next team. 4 of the 6 incoming 2025 are Louisiana girls. That will put this team at 12 Louisiana girls, if my math is correct. 2 transfer portal, 4 incoming class, 6 current roster. I believe they will be playing for something and it isn't just about them. It's about the pride and the name of Cajuns across their chest. If the girls do that, they will be just fine.
Just curious are you still behind the incoming 2025 class and the 2026 Cajun team?

There's always a "HOST" team from Youngsville. They actually won a bracket game this year.

    Los Mochis, Mexico - 11
    Youngsville - 0

    Youngsville, 12
    Chicago - 7

    Los Mochis, Mexico - 15
    Youngsville - 5

Weslaco, Texas won this year by beating West Covina, California 8-1.

If you are asking about the Little League team from Eastbank, they were defeated last night in the Regional finals 5-2, by Lamar Little League from the Houston area.

Yes, watch them defeat Lamar Monday, I think. Oh well.

Yes. Double elimination until the championship game. Eastbank won the first game then dropped the title game.

As a fan of Cajun softball, as I’ve been for quite a few years now, I’m behind this incoming class and the coaches. The coaches have a difficult job to do, and I’m sure there are plenty of things going on that boosters and the casual fans aren’t privy to. I hold the belief that the coaches and players show up to work each day with the expectation to do the very best job that can, and only the results on the field matter. Give them a chance and see where we end up once all the cards are on the table and we know precisely where we stand.
