Was Tech disrespectful to them too or they just don't want to go back?

I can assure you that Arkansas State will also be a hard no to LTU. Assuming that Marshall and USM are also no votes, Tech needs the rest of the conference to be unanimous yes votes to get in. I don't see that happening; even though UL and ULM will vote yes for political [and lack of testicles] reasons.

Tech has been disrespectful to every conference mate they have had for the last 50 years or so.

And if the PAC wants to get better in basketball, St. Marys [21], New Mexico [42], Nevada [79] and UNLV [98] are likely available for the asking.

As of yesterday's meeting, Louisiana Tech does not have the votes.

Tech and WKU which has refused to play most of us in the SBC in football, basketball, baseball and softball. Both have problems.

Louisiana will make a big jump up with coach White scheduling.

Double edge sword of Tech invite:

    1. We let the fox in the henhouse
    2. We get to shuffle money saved from flying all sports to San Marcos/Bowling Green elsewhere in the budget (more $$$ allocated to pay players in rev share?)

But looks like rest of the conference is making that decision for us by not voting them in. Which then complicates the politics of the SBC where the east isn't tossing the west a bone by letting us make our own decision this time around.
