Need to take that land on other side of Congress, outside the N endzone across the street and dig out a lake for our perennial National Champion Ski team. While at it, build a beach volleyball court next to it also.

Now, you're just being silly, but what I would like, and what we do NEED there is a great little pitch and putt course with a cool UL themed clubhouse/bar that maybe has a high-end steakhouse involved. Make it classy to keep the major riff-raff away. I can tolerate a little trashy.
