All overflow/extra/free parking should be down Cajundome BLVD to Blackham anyway.

The master plan from 2013 has a 4-story retail building in the northern CF parking lot (where current RV tailgating is), and performing arts center in field adjacent to LITE Center.

Kind of humorous thinking of the poster upset about trees blocking the view of CF when we're gonna block it with a multistory indoor sports complex and/or hotel.

It would be sweet if they could tie in the hotel into the new East Press Box. Have Hospitality Management students work there too.

Yeah, I don’t think it has been ever clearly stated where this new building will go.

The KATC story may have showed the area next to the LITE center, but it never really said that it was going there….either in the written article or the broadcast.

I really think it will be going across the street from the LITE Center. The LITE Center site is earmarked for the new Heymann Auditorium.

Don’t get excited, the parish still owes the City of Lafayette 19 million. Odds are the parish will never give it back.
