At a certain point, this just becomes about Deggs and the guys on his staff. I can’t think of a single guy out there who is improved over last season, and the recruiting is atrocious with complete misses on guys like Dilhoff. Meanwhile Troy is in the portal picking up guys like this Aussie who keeps punking us. You can make the youth excuse to a certain point, but when your upperclassmen are worse or not improved since the day they got here, how much relief is saying we are young really providing?

Facts 100 percent. Punked is an understatement he came in and owned us and let us know about it. Our response has been to take it. We were told before year most athletic young team ever. Cuff Yuhasz no improvement regression. We have not brought in the guys like other schools.

On a different note, two idiots got into a fight in the concourse during the bottom of the 7th. It was pretty entertaining—I just wish they’d had the decency to wait for a pitching change or between innings.

I’d say both teams might not make it. The men can’t string together hits to consistently win; 13 solo home runs speak to that.

Softball, given what they were left with, the pitching staff come the third game of a series can’t fool anyone. Today’s result is testimony to that. Skull dragged by a team one game over .500.

Very true. NIL, portal, roster limits, schollys. Adjusting to changes determines winners.

Jay said on radio that closer from Troy visited with Cajuns and they thought they had him guy throws 97 but Troy offered him more. That’s a problem Troy paying more than us
