Idk but i feel like it isnt going on top of the east side, it might be in the building attached to the east side, and if it was in a building we could build on top of it? Wouldnt be like the Suites and all that on the home side.

Look i know yall use to us having 12k fans, but what if saying what if we have 10 12 win seasons and win 2 national titles, and a Big 12 invite we chilling with a 35k seat stadium with no room to expand! We sitting there with a waitlist?

What if my aunt had balls? Look man we will never ever need to expand after this. I’m very confident in saying that. We will have 32k seats with the hill as overflow. So roughly 36-37k is more than enough. If for some reason we start selling that out and have some kind of demand or waiting list for more then you start with the endzones. We have plenty room to expand on both sides especially since the cox building will be coming down. But this is all nonsense anyway. Houston stadium = 40k. TCU stadium = 45k.
Houston never fills it up. TCU averages around 43k. Both are in the big12. We will never have that problem.

Numerous Big 12 schools have LESS than 50K seats. Baylor is right around 45K I believe. Agree with others … IF we ever have a need for more than 30-32K seats we would have expansion ability starting with the north end zone, and as noted, the south as well. Fun to “what if” though.

I hope there comes a point where we do need additional seats. Unfortunately, the landscape in college football has changed and the need for more money to fund operations will drive increased costs to fans. I'm afraid we're going to see a tipping point where attendance takes a hit across the entire college football landscape.

All we need is something like Tulane, and then if we need more seating we redo the east side with chair backs on the 50. If anything else is needed then we go up.

With a standing room bar thing like soccer stadiums have in the NEZ. Thats what I am picturing

This is all we need on the East Side. Then if we need to expand up we can do that .

If i was the planner

If it was me planning this i would put the media and press box and flip the field around. Like Tulane. Chairback the 50.

Then i would build like a standing room only bar, slash lounge. Like the Band Box or like the pics, and we good till we can get to the next level in our evolution of our college football journey.

4,5,6 etc would be improving amenities, seating bathrooms whatever.

7th Project or later if needed. This would have be a Big 12 or ACC invite and it would increase our stadium size to probably around 43k which Kansas St. or Kansas size stadium which is 3 or 4 smallest stadium in the Big 12.
