I argued pretty profusely that we were a Top 25 team after the series at Coastal. I said tough ballpark, bad umpires, uncharacteristic play in the field. After watching this experienced group completely crumble to tough circumstances yet again, I’m just about ready to accept I was wrong. I hope they prove me wrong going forward, but the lack of composure is just staggering.

So evidently our pitching can’t deal with above average hitting teams. Not only do they get smoked, but they lose all composure. Average hitting and below? I like our chances. Anything else and we don’t have the guys. I can definitely see us getting swept this weekend. Better win the tournament if that happens because if not we’re staying home for the postseason.
