Thread: Watch South Alabama's coach go nuts

  1. #41

Default Erro(l) Rogers or Ronnie Arrow

Who would you rather as your coach?

    This is easy.

Rogers has obviously failed already. So anybody else is a good alternative.

_____ing and moaning is embarrassing, but it isn't that terrible IMO.

My rationale is this: Will Arrow be fired for his rant? No. Was his initial anger understandable? Yes

So, like I said: I'd take Arrow.

Come on guys. My comment wasn't that bad was it?

At least I didn't call him Error instead of Errol like in the title.

UL Basketball So, where was the monitor?

I heard the story about the South Alabama/UL-Lafayette incident on 1420 earlier this week, and was wondering about the outcome. Someone on the radio stated that there is typically a courtside monitor available for the use by officials. If this is true, where was this monitor on Saturday. Regardless if the shot was released in time or not (which I think it was), it seems their should be one available for plays similar to this one. In fact, I've seen three point shots reviewed during the middle of the first half on several ocassions this season.

Monitors are used when the game is being televised. there is no NCAA regulation that says there must be a monitor. in fact, most games not televised in the SBC do not use the aid of a monitor. this game was not televised so there was no monitor. simple as that

There is a HUGE monitor hanging above the court for all of us to see. And it was very clear. We Got Chicken!!
