Gameday went to the florida-georgia game in Jacksonville four times.... neither school owns a square inch of jacksonville

Gameday was also in Baltimore for army-navy once that I recall and maybe other places as well

And neither one built the stadium on land it doesn’t own or have a long term lease.

The thought was to build an on campus stadium similar to the Tulane Stadium. The fact is Tulane isn’t a commuter university, and most of the local Tulane fans live nearby along with a vibrant public transit system uptown. None of that is UL.
