. . . if everyone who attends the games would pay another $1,000 for the season, that would generate about $15,000,000 . . . with that additional money, there would need to be no advertising sponsors and so all of the TV timeouts would go away . . . as for the reviews, if you really don't like the advancements to the game, maybe sports is not your proper entertainment vehicle . . .
Or if every student takes out an additional 5k student loan which will be wiped away anyhow and donates that, that would be $100 million
TV timeouts have been around a long time. Fewer in number then, but here a long time.
No one liked them but fans endured and it didn't make games boring, so they kept adding to them.
Review tuneouts are the feather that broke the patience clock.
For long time we were not in this constant face pace world of wanting instant gratification and instant information. People’s attention spans are very short now because of these damn phones!
People can waste hours playing on a phone, but can’t take a 2 minute live in game commercial break without getting disinterested.
I was in attendance actual number probably closer to 8k.
