    When you let the inmates run the asylum this is what happens. The administration decides to put money and resources into programs that have discipline and structure. None of which was had under Byron’s watch. His overall record doesn’t matter

    You do understand that in college basketball the “inmates run the asylum” is commonplace. The sign of a good coach is keeping all of these personalities on the same page and getting them to play together and toward the same goals.

    Or you can have roster turnover every single year and be successful only 30% of the time.
