I don't think that is correct, Fulks entered the portal back then, but shortly thereafter came out and stated he was coming back. Now that being said, he might not be so agreeable to coming back if JB is gone. But who F'N knows anymore. I can't keep up with this, over 1000 kids in the portal, less than half have been signed, meaning almost 600 kids looking for homes.

All that being said, I am pretty sure as of today, Fulks is planning on coming back.
