She did reiterate what some of us knew ... that they place significant importance on RPI Top 25 and RPI Top 10 wins. This was the reason for the RPI/seeding mismatches unveiled ... and Clemson hosting. Though I think the glaring inconsistency here is Clemson hosting over Baylor.

What you end up with on these committees is individuals who buy media hype hook line and sinker.

The year to year consistency implies some view it as a future job application and they are not looking to impress with a lateral move.

I didn't then and don't now, picture Farmer or Leger doing any hallway diplomacy.

They were 10-10 vs. the RPI Top 25. LSU had all the measurables to be where they were seeded. That said, they are very beatable ... by the Cajuns.
