2008 Bowl Season Louisiana Snubbed by Indi Bowl

_ I think we will geaux to the Texas Bowl. With all our high dollar alumni in the Houston area, their money, attendance, and the rest of what J-Town stated will geaux along way.

If we do not get in, it is we who screwed ourselves by not getting a 7th or 8th W!!!


The Program is going in the right direction, thanks in part to the Seniors of this year and the past several!!!! Thanks young men, thank you VERY much!! _

It's not a bowl selection show like the NCAA bball tourney. Whether or not UL gets an invite will be known before the ESPN show. The ESPN show breaks down/talks about the bowl matchups.

That doesn't worry me. We will be among the last ones in, so it is all still a work in progress. I AM concerned about getting in, but the lack of news at this point in time is not a worry. Yet.

I think most Tech fans want to play usl every year, during the regular season. I guess i see a bowl match up as being a match up between teams that have hardly ever played. If we draw y'all in the Indy its gonna be one heck of an atmosphere but given the choice I imagine the usl fans would rather strap it on against someone else in their bowl game as well. I really hope y'all make it, i just hope it isnt against us.

I always appreciate your input. You are as level headed as Dwayne form Minden....now relocated to Lake Claiborne.

ChouCajunDawg is a class act. He knows how it goes down, and is secure with what it means to be a Tech Fan. He has NO problem with UL. He likes to stir the pot a bit, but thats why I like him. Because of folks like he and DFM, I will always have a soft spot in my gut for Latex.
