The main powers defining a 501c3 are the federal government, not the state. The state can decide its own ruling but usually excepts the findings of the IRS.

The RCAF does have its own Employer Identification Number or EIN. The RCAF's EIN is 45-4433524, and the foundation's EIN is 72-6023836.

While there are two separate EIN, the RCAF does file under the foundation's EIN at this time.

Bobby Paschal did bring in Rickey Broussard from HS ranks years back. Paved way for Danny Broussard to get STM job at that time. Now Danny will be in a few Hall of Fame spots.

Rickey went on to coach at Nicholls, UCF and LSU before going into the insurance business. Still a big supporter of Nicholls.

Maybe that will be Brad’s landing spot…taking over STM one day. Set for life.
