If he wants any of our players I’m sure it wouldn’t be hard to grab whomever he wants through the portal after this year. Playing in the SEC, facilities, fan support, NIL money, won’t be hard to take whatever he wants

Yeah, the two announcer said that he said it when they were talking about Torrence and Johnson. (It sounded like they were even giggling about it).

To me, this more than implies that he was in contact with players after he left. Or at least he had made arrangements with said players to leave with him.
