I was thinking more in the lines of investing that turns into consistent success. I can imaging we’re being out spent by a lot, but we’ve been the picture of
consistency. SEC may spend the big bucks and get all their teams in the tourney but we’ve shown we can compete and beat those teams consistently. Not this year, of course, but Ole miss, TAMU, moo state, LSubr, Florida. Just off the top of my head, teams like Moo state and South Carolina have bigger budgets, but we’ve got a better program.
I’m rooting for J Robe. We all are. I think his story just fits too well to not have success.
Summer Eleyson, Kendall Talley, Julie Rawls, . All the rest of the kids haven't or weren't here that long. Glasco had to back fill with a ton of transfers. This is now his first real class so give it a few more years to judge. A lot of kids transfered out when transfers came in.
Please explain why this would be his first “real” recruiting class.
Hired late 2017. Give him a mulligan in 2018 due to all of the transfers.
Why do 2019, 2020, and 2021 recruiting classes not count as his first real recruiting class?
I do not agree with COVID year not counting as all softball programs were recruiting under same conditions.
Cajun softball player development has decreased sharply since 2018.
