You have to remember they are state employees. The vacant jobs have to be listed for 30 days before any hiring can take effect. Also, some people I know are freaking out because Napier is taking our staff. This is the first time we have had a coach move on, and I am sure this is standard procedure. Think of it this way, we brought in good coaches before, and I am optimistic this will help us bring in future coaches.

Correct, as were all of our head coaches, baseball, softball, and soccer. I am not sure if they just handle head coaches differently or not.
