Sorry, I just wanted us to win that game last night for Robe and his family, I know it’s a long season, I was hoping to get out of the gate 8-0 or something and get some National attention. Just can’t get over Robe not being there in that dugout, will take time

I cant imagine the weight of everything on the players and coaches last night. Deggs said in interview that everyone was trying to hard.

16 k's come on, I love my cajuns but I'm a realist also. Superstar Cantrelle k's 3 times, we were completely dominated at the plate by a Southland Conf team, do you not see a problem with that

You do realize that even some Southland Conference players are drafted, and some even wind up in the Bigs. This kid might very well be one of them. Especially in baseball, it is possible that one pitcher might be excellent, and can control the game, even if the rest of the team is mediocre... and, I'm not saying SLU is mediocre.

It’s amazing the attitude people take towards baseball without any understanding of the game. This is a sport where you lose. Get over it. I’m more interested to see how the guys respond not only today but over the next few weeks.

Exactly, the biggest takeaway from this game was our pitching. I am very excited to see what this staff can do. Very confident that we will hit.
