Yeap. Can stream every game and interact live via twitter and or Ragin’ Pagin, Buy your Cajun gear online. Hell you can even get a UL online degree now.

You're assuming people feel some sort of civic duty. Would be nice but not happening.

I agree. Screw the ignorant. Until they become enlighted let's just enjoy. The seeds have been planted. The harvest is still yet to come.

It’s been said on here before, more than a few times. The “ticket” needs to become a wanted, desired commodity. 40,000 $5 tickets won’t cut it; as much as we’d like to get 40,000 there! Upgrade the experience with the renovation. Get rid of crappy cheap upper deck GA seating. DO NOT expand north EZ seating .... yet. With a continued quality product on the field to go along with many of the game day, family friendly pricing initiatives introduced this year, seats WILL become a premium and they will sell. But the old “model” of a completely bowled stadium with upper decks is just the wrong way to go in today’s college sports environment unless your program is one of the select few. I used to think 40-45k was the capacity target for Cajun football. Now I’ve come to realize a modernized, cozier 30-35k is a more attainable target.

Step on over to Facebook UL football sites if you want to see ignorant, stupidity, and just plain dumb posts about all things UL football...and I thought people knew better...

Do we really have to screw anybody. Every fan is a fan for their own reasons. We need them all.

This is a long accepted misnomer.
If they want to jump on the bandwagon, I guess that's fine.
But we don't "need all of them."
We need to cultivate Louisiana Football fans. And keep them engaged.
Rebuild the fanbase with passion and pride. That's something that will last.

This is my last post on the issue. When we win the sunbelt, beat A-s in the bowl, game , finished ranked, next season we will have momentum. Time to be prepared for the biggest marketing push we ever had. That said, I cant wait to see the colonoscopy Ulmost about to get Saturday night .

Parking lot psychology. I like it. The $10 parkers will feel like they got away with a deal compared to the pricier lots. Of course the whole point behind charging more for parking is raising funds to elevate the program. Asking folks to pay for parking on Cajun Field side is a small ask. Perhaps across Congress in the pasture, make it free next year with goal of making that paid parking as ticket buying base solidifies. Other than getting around to building the new stadium club and suites, I don't know how else we raise big time money.
