I don’t have a problem with them blocking off a couple hundred spots and charging $10 per game. It would benefit the program. I donate to help the program, I don’t pay all the money just to park. Also your Rcaf spot is guaranteed, when this lot fills up you go across the street. It would help make people get there early to make sure they have a spot to park. It does look terrible to park in a field across the street and walk into Cajun field and see thousands and thousands of empty parking spaces. As it was with baseball, I’m not sure they even know how many spaces we have in Cajun field and how many passes we actually have sold. I think parking can be evaluated going forward. I understand the point of revenue but there is entirely too much real estate going unused at Cajun field every Saturday.
Any word on a ticket redemption effort?
Ticket redemption games were key to Robe's success in drawing fans.
You know how to get ppl willing to pay $10 to park somewhere? Have a $20 lot and maybe even a $30 lot!!!!!
Corner off a 50-100 spaces inside Cajun Field for $30 on game day.
Where is general parking? Please don't tell me it's Blackham Coliseum.
We had better crowds with 6-6 bustle teams. There was a no 1 solution to this attendance problem. The excitement around the program just doesn’t seem to be there. It’s one thing to have a good product and it’s another thing to sell it.
Nevermind. Just found the news story from last July. 3 years, not a clue.
