I thought if there was any pride in that dugout, we'd come out excited and fierce. It's clear to me, the entire program is ready to go fishing. Dark days in the program's history under Tony Robichaux. Truly upsetting.

How do you keep a team motivated that has been talked about publicly being pushed out? 90% of this roster knows for a fact they wont be here next year and most know from public perception that they aren’t wanted here. This is what we get when that happens. Lay it all on the line for people that ditched you 2 months ago? Hard to keep that fighting mentality through that

If you have pride you keep busting your arse to compete. If you have eligibility left, youre playing your arse off so that if you do get released someone else will want you. Give up and no coach will want you to transfer to their team.

I get that point as well but these guys have worn it all year. I’m not suggesting they have all cashed in but it if everyone isn’t on board you get what you are seeing, flat.

"Consistently inconsistent" is the term Robe uses. Not very good, is what I use.
