You do realize that the workouts in season and the ones in the offseason are different...right?
Offseason is for strength gains. In season is simply maintenance.
Monica’s problems at the plate (or foot speed) have zero to do with the weight room.
Thank God Napier and glasco arrived . They saving us from total depression.
