There are alot of scouts. "Everyone" is alot of pitchers. Lets take a poll. In the order of importance to college pitchers: Scouts, Teamates, Coaches, Classmates, Family. I'm sure scouts are #1.

How many scouts go to cape cod games? Go look up Farquhar's stats in the cape. He must not have been worried about 20 scouts at every game and more concerned with winning games.

I didn't have Danny in mind when I said that. I'm talking in general. As for the poster who said scouts are at every game to watch everyone. There are not enough Major League scouts to go around. It's different when you are pitching in front of the team you hope wants you and they are looking for a ninty-five mph fastball.
